Digital Healthcare's directors have significant experience in the healthcare and
technology arenas.
Mike O'Leary, Chairman
Mike has a career history which includes 14 years as a main board director of Misys
plc, one of the world's largest suppliers of industry-specific software products
and solutions. Of particular relevance to DH, Mike led Misys's North American healthcare
business, ranked five in the US healthcare IT market, from the time of its acquisition
in 1997 through until the middle of 2000.
Marc Winchester, President (Digital Healthcare Inc.)
Marc has over 20 years experience in Healthcare IT having spent that time with Medic
Computer Systems and later Misys Healthcare Systems. He held a variety of executive
positions including Sr.VP of Sales and Marketing where he was responsible for over
$100M in revenue. Marc is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill.
Frank Waterhouse, Company Secretary and Finance Director
Frank has over 20 years of Financial Director experience in Information Technology
with over 10 of those years in the Healthcare sector in the US. Frank joined Digital
Healthcare in 2007 to assume the role of Financial Director and Company Secretary.
Frank is based in the Company's offices in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
